1. Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, listing products, purchasing goods, or otherwise using our Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility To use Huzzle, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. You also confirm that you are legally capable of entering into contracts.
3. Account Registration

• Huzzle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

1. Marketplace Transactions For Sellers:

• You must ensure that the products listed meet quality and legal standards, including vetting to confirm compliance with countrywide standards set by the Zimbabwe Food and Health Ministry.
• Prices and product descriptions must be accurate.
• You are responsible for fulfilling and delivering orders in a timely manner.
• Huzzle is tailored for small businesses seeking to sell their products, but product selection is subject to Huzzle’s discretion to determine if they are suitable for publishing on the marketplace.

For Buyers:

• You agree to pay for all purchases made through Huzzle.
• Huzzle is not responsible for product quality, delays, or seller misrepresentation.

1. Fees and Payments

• Huzzle may charge a transaction or service fee for sales made through the platform.
• Payment processing services are handled by third-party providers.
• Any disputes regarding payments must be reported immediately.

1. Prohibited Activities You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices.
• Post misleading, false, or unlawful product listings.
• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities.
• Interfere with the security or operation of Huzzle.

1. Intellectual Property All content, logos, and trademarks on Huzzle belong to Huzzle or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any material from the platform without permission.
2. Limitation of Liability Huzzle provides its Services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huzzle is not liable for damages arising from platform use, including lost profits or data.
3. Termination Huzzle reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity on the platform.
4. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved in Zimbabwean courts.
5. Changes to These Terms Huzzle may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
